The Middleport Youth League Fall Ball Athlete Registration form is now available. The form is a PDF file that you can download and type in the form and then print and sign or you can download the blank form and fill out by hand. The form is available using the button below.
The fee for each athlete playing on a single team is $55.00 and if the athlete plays up one age division (dual roster) the fee is an additional $20.00 ($75.00 total for dual roster).
Athlete registration will be conducted at the Middleport Ball Field on the following days:
Saturday June 27 from 9am to noon.
Thursday July 2 from 4pm to 6pm.
Saturday July 11 from 9am to noon.
Saturday July 18 from 9am to noon.
The form is 2 pages and BOTH pages are required to be filled out and brought to one of the sign-up dates listed above.
You must sign up on one of the four dates listed above. We will not meet outside of these established times to conduct single sign-up events.

When will athlete registration open? Athelete registration will open by June 12, 2026. The Coach and Adult Volunteer application is already open.
What age athletes can play fall ball? Boy divisions are from 6 y/o to 12 y/o and girl divisions are from 6 y/o to 17 y/o.
How much does fall ball cost? Registration is $55.00 per athlete. If you sign up with a coach or team and they charge you more, that is between you and that coach. The fall ball league charges every athlete the same $55.00 and provides a uniform T-Shirt for every registrant. Any money a coach collects above that, the league does not get and is not able to say how those monies are used.
When are games? 8U games are played during the evenings Monday thru Thursday. 10U and 12U games are played on Saturdays, typically two games, not neccessairly back-to-back. 17U games are played on Sunday, typically with a start time of noon or after.
Where are games played? Games rotate host locations between Middleport, Pomeroy and Mason.
The 2026 Middleport Youth League Fall Ball season preparation is underway. New for this year, each head coach, assistant coach, and adult volunteers in any age divisions who plan to participate in the 2026 fall ball season must submit the Coaching & Volunteer Application and receive approval before they will be eligible to bring a team or participate in the fall ball season. This application is akin to the Big Bend Youth League Volunteer Form for those who participate in summer ball.
The Middleport Youth League fall ball officers and officials expect all coaches, assistant coaches, adult volunteers, spectators and players to play with the upmost level of sportsmanship and conduct themselves in a manner that represents their team and their sport in a positive light.
The officers of the fall ball league will review each application and as part of the review process will take into account any past behavioral or unsportsmanlike conduct instances in making a determination of approving or denying each applicant. Each applicant will receive a response to their application via email and the fall ball league will keep applications in team folders. Those applicants who receive a denial response are not permitted to participate in any way with any team in the 2026 fall ball season.
